Multiple areas to hold on allow some variation in pull ups. MAde of good quality, lightweight material. Easy to put together. Doesn’t harm the door frame or wall.

Iron Gym Workout Bar
When I first got the bar, I was a little hesitant because I didn’t think it would be able to hold my weight. So far the bar has worked beautifully.

Does the job
This thing is great to use for chest, shoulders, and back when you can’t make it to the gym. I also like to do pull-ups and abs on here everyday even when I do make it to the gym…

Works, affordable, and easy
I’m 265 lbs and 6′3″ I have to bend my knees a bit, I already expected that. My point being it works I’m close to maxing out the weight there is almost no flex.

Makes exercise fun

They never tell you on the outside of the box or on the informercial that a clip, what they call a “safety clip” must be installed between the door frame and the wall…

The Iron gym is a very convenient and efficient tool for it’s price. it does exactly what it says. I’ve tried pull-ups, chin-ups, neutral grip pull ups and pushups on this machine…

I honestly think pull up is one of the best workout anybody should work on. I bought this "Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar" and im more than satisfied with this product...
