P90X takes at-home workouts to the extreme. In just 90 days, P90X transforms the body into a lean fat-burning machine. The formula behind P90X is muscle confusion. Studies have shown that workouts that use the same moves allow the body to adapt and weight loss to plateau. The purpose of P90X is the combat the body’s attempt to adapt.
